Pros & Cons
Pros
The favorite is definitely the pop-up. The paw patrol game is the best part. This game has all the characters from paw patrol pictured, keeping the young paw patrol viewer entertained.
Comes with trouble-style game a dominoes game, a large memory game, and a board game that i had never seen before--all paw patrol-themed. There are a large number of cards, so it's actually quite challenging if you keep them all in there. The other 2 ... Read More
The games are fun enough that getting adults to participate is actually legit interest. The pop up rolling dice is always fun for kids and you don't lose the dice. The last game is a scavenger hunt of sorts.
The game is based on the paw patrol film, your'mission' is to save adventure city by finding the tokens you need for your pup’s mission. The object is to rescue the other puppies that are in obedience school. The control center console reveals the mis... Read More
Each game is simple enough that my 4 yr old can play along. Getting four games is a huge plus, lots of good times playing with the kiddos. You get bonus points as a parent if you can keep the pieces together longer than a day.
Cons
This game is a total dud. If the tile is a dog, it goes to * jail. The tower is just a clip on decoration.
Highlights
Quality
The overall product quality is fine and there is enough tie-in flavor to draw fans of the show.
Getting four games is a huge plus, lots of good times playing with the kiddos.
My 5- and 6-year-olds could pay attention but they were less impressed with the paw patrol aspect.
The games are a little lower quality then if you were to buy the normal version of them.
Price
Again, for the price you really can't beat it.
)the price and size also make this a great gift option.
Packaging/appearance
I took one star off because the memory/match cards and dominos don’t come in any reusable packaging.
Competitiveness
Thankfully my 4yo loves to set up games to play.
I like that it's kind of team work while still competing.
The pop-it game is smaller than standard size.
One thing to keep in mind is that you will need some zip-lock bags to hold the loose pieces.
