Pros & Cons
Pros
They are a little more expensive than your average, grocery or drugstore paper plates, but their thickness and versatility helps to justify their price. These are way more durable than a styrofoam paperplates. They hold up while carrying unlike the ch... Read More
They are biodegradable. Plus they are microwaveable. It can be microwaved without deforming.
Great for summer cookouts or even a casual thanksgiving. Price point is acceptable. That type of melon has a lot of juice. Good for food obviously, but also good for paint palettes in a pinch.
Very happy with the sturdiness. Holds up well, even with heavy and greasy foods. Although they are a little too pricey for me to continue buying.
Cons
Plates too small and not too durable. At (roughly) $5 for 22 plates, it is over priced.
Highlights
Quality
The plate held its own its own, dealing well enough with the weight.
I really like the plates i have all sizes, and i recommend this product.
However, they are not compostable by the consumer.
Being just a bit smaller and with the formed edge that also limits flat space these hold a little less but it's not a deal breaker.
Price
The price is comparable to what i've paid in stores for plates as strong and thick as these.
Plates have a different texture but are sturdy price isn’t bad i like that they are durable
The price is higher than other products, around $5 for 22 plates.
However, for the price wished the quantity had been greater.
Shipping
Kind of overpriced but one day shipping makes it okay theyre except with you heat liquid food chili , beans etc
Packaging/appearance
I keep ordering these, don't feel as guilty buying these since they are eco friendly, and fl doesn't really recycle.
I like that they are potentially microwave-safe, and it's great that they are compostable.
Plate size is medium size (8 ¾ in the).
What caught my eye with these is both the compostable claim and the fact they're made from plants.
Competitiveness
