Shinny white plastic. No odor. We have to use white because that is the rules for the hoa where i am at.

The 90 count package keeps the bag securely closed. The drawstring helps carry the trash out to the dumpster so they can be picked up. They don't have an artificial scent, so it doesn't leave my kitchen smelling like a landfill.
