The only thing i dislike about these is that the waist band is wide it fits the waist a bit snug and doesn’t provide a lot of stretch

For reference i am 5’4” 145lbs waist is between 30”32” and my inseam is 28”

I don’t think i would size up at all just for more waist stretch as it’s manageable i’m afraid a large would be too baggy around my legs
