As for the fit i would generally take between a medium and large and found a medium to be the best fit even then with a little extra room
Ultimately id definitely recommend this if you are going to spend periods of time outdoors whether thats hiking walking or closer to its intended use at an airsoft site
This will keep you nice and warm and the armpit zips allow you to cool down fairly rapidly if you are finding the warmth unnecessary
