    The reason is because normal mayo can sometimes have this disgusting eggy flavor if you accidentally overload on the mayo sometimes due to carelessness

    Like as if your tastebuds are able to pierce through the salt and whipping texture and get to the raw egg white grossness itself and probably awful egg whites from bottom tier eggs obviously at this economy of scale
