It looks exactly as pictured. The red bottom part is just as bright and vibrant as advertised. This is so adorable, it comes exactly as depicted.

This dress is so very cute, especially with the hood pulled up. It has the cutest picture of hello kitty on the front, a red mesh frilly skirt, and butterfly cut sleeves. The hoodie makes the out fit adorable and my niece loved wearing it!

The only real downside to this dress is that the sizing seems very off. We like the dress, quite descent quality compared to others, but runs small.
