Pros
Quality and comfort and relieves pressure points. Just the right amount of cushioning.
This mat is so cushy, kneeling poses are of no issue to his knees. Thick padding helps cushion my knees and back during strenuous pilates and yoga mat classes. Great to lay on when i am doing yoga/pilates and floor stretching.
Love the teal color.
Cons
It’s hideous and does not give off zen vibes. My feet seem to be making a permanent indent where i normally stand too. Mat is cheaply made.

The thickness of this one is perfect and i don't have the problems i had with the old mat.
Great product in the company was fabulous!
Could be a little thicker but that was on me for not purchasing one with the extra padding.

Most yoga mats are just too thin to do hiit workouts, but i can do jump lunges/planks/burpees on this with no issues.

But the material does stretch so when you’re trying to hold a blank or downward dog it tends to expand and reduces stabilization
