Yes i know it tells you in the description how long it is but it didnt click how long it is until we got it

After going through 23 rollers

It has a slight softness and give on the outer surface so is comfortable to roll and lay on for pilates exercises

It holds up well and hasnt really softened despite me rolling around on it 23 times a week
