Awesome,band set they are strong and durable !

What you can do is wash them in a solution that has very mild dish detergent or simply rinse them or wipe them down with a damp cloth.

They are very rough on your skin and when you stretch the resistance band, they hurt.

I just think this is such an incredibly good deal i could afford to.

For the price nobody should complain about the hemingway resistance bands though because they get the job done.
