Pros

I've had 2 tilley hats and while they are great hats, this one is better. I wear a 7 5/8 fitted hat and usually an x-lg fits just right. This particular hat is a bit snug for me, not uncomfortable just snug.

Cons

Lame return policy. Nothing is straight. The stitching is bad. The brim is about 30 degrees off center.
