If you are facing the wind the brim folds down d over your eyes potentially blocking you vision at critical moments or it folds up uselessly over your forehead leaving your face fully exposed to the sun

The material in the crown and brim is absorbant unless regularly treated with scotchguard

There is an absorbant sweatband but no easy way to change it out or replace it andon very hot humid days i sometimes overwhelm mine resulting in white salt stains creeping out into the hat brim

We bought the lighter color and this one in the same size large but the sizing was off a bit larger we returned it
