Pros
One of my fave shampoos. I really feel that my hair is getting moisturized. My hair is not over oily or too dry.
Cons
For a hydrating/moisture shampoo, this is one of the most drying "drugstore" shampoos i’ve used. It’s unfortunate because i am a big fan of herbal essences.

I decided to keep it because i am assuming it is a good product but i wish i had been informed by amazon or the manufacturer why the product was changed without my consent
