Pros

Good mood and not stressed. Fair price & quick ship. Packaging is great.

It helps keep me from pain associated with multiple herniated and degenerative discs. It helps with my digestive issues, bloating, heartburn and asthma. Wife swears it relieves her arthritis pain in the fingers.

Cons

Capsules are brittle. This gives you terrible licorice indigestion. It interacts with my antidepressant giving me withdrawals.

Going back to taking swanson's 400 mg boswellia. Was hopeful this would help me. Waste of my time with sellers like this.
