Pros & Cons

Pros

The capsules are large but doable. The capsule size is large and not ideal for this gerd sufferer, but it is doable with a healthy amount of water. Mg is in each capsule.

The price is very reasonable for this item, compared with other similar supplements. Will purchase again. Excellent supplement. Thumbs up from me.

I like that there are no unnecessary preservatives, artificial flavors or sweeteners. No strong smell when opening the bottle and no aftertaste after taking the capsules.

They come in a dark plastic bottle that is coded as type 2 resin. It is double sealed for freshness and safety.

Easy to take and tolerate with zero bad effects so far. The p65 warning on the bottle is a concern, but if you read more online about it pertaining to supplements it may alleviate some of your concerns.

Cons

These are not documented sourced tea leaves.
