Pros

Spent 20 years on sub par chairs that pale in comparison to this one. My only complaint is that these chairs are highly overpriced.

Strong recommendation for this chair. Highly recommend. Seriously, this thing is amazing! Treat yourself to the best and get one.

Mesh material works like a cooling hammock.

Cons

The lack of real front leg support is a deal breaker.

The back is very low, so there is no sholder and neck support unless you slouch. The posture fit is useless, as it engages too low. My si joint is better but the rest of my back and neck are now in constant pain.

The instructions are very 1916. Confusing, poorly worded instructions along with * illustrations on a piece of tissue paper.
