It has the two tilt/recline levers on the left and tension thingie and height adjuster on the right. The lumbar support is easy to adjust, as is tilt, arm height, and seat height.

Assembly is insert the back and use the provided hex wrench to secure it. Arrived in two days - assembly is * in 4 bolts with the included allen wrench.

Cons

There are other ergonomically correct chairs out there, in leather and faux leather, with a cushy seat for the *.

This chair is a huge disappointment. It has a design flaw that nearly killed me. I have to agree with the person that rated this lower than all the fives.

It is very hard to tighten with just your fingers and annoying when the arms swing outwards. The arm rests adjust somewhat, but remain too high. The wheel is bent and the tilt controls don't work.

A little bit expensive but worth the price.

The customer service promptly reached out to me and fixed the issue with the chair i purchased.

The seller is fast and the chair is awesome.

They wanted to confirm that they received the order correctly and called me on a sunday to confirm!

It arrived with only 3 of 5 casters.

Packaging/appearance

My chair showed up early, packaged in a thick box, no damage, not even a scratch.

Chair arrived in excellent condition, well-packaged and super easy to assemble (took me 5 minutes).

There was one single box that didn’t get badly damaged.

Sadly, there isn’t much protection inside the box, so it gets pretty beat up in transit.

Competitiveness

And obviously can't beat the price vs the non-open-box option (can't tell that mine is anything other than brand new.
