Pros
Easy to unpack and no assembly required. The cushion foam on sayl is on the thinner and firmer side but that's a positive. It is solidly built and well worth the price.
It's best for smaller to average sized humans. It is adjustable and easy on the back. It also provides a lot of back support and encourages you to sit properly.
Cons
These are pretty cheap ergonomic chairs, and when you spend 8+ hours a day in it, you get what you pay for. It is not adjustable enough.

$550 is a lot of money, but for something i use every damn day, i'm finding it's kind of a bargain.
As a "work from home" veteran i purchased their top of the line chair, the embody, which goes for about $1,700.

I needed a chair for home office since im sitting too long daily

Some complaints about the chair it requires a really good sitting posture otherwise your shoulder might hurt and your neck might be too forward

I had to adjust the height of my desk in order to have the right posture for this chair and am still constantly reminding myself to lean backwards when sitting on it
