The chair is super comfortable and i am really happy with the purchase.

I am impressed with the quality of the chair despite not being brand new.

But the quality and comfort are beyond reproach.

It is of high quality so no problems with the actual product.

The price was so good i thought it was going to be used.

On the other hand, the box could have used more packing material to secure the chair in shipping.

I also liked that assembly was fairly simple and that most parts were already assembled prior to them packaging it.

There was one hole the box where one of the casters punched through the box -- no damage that i could find.

Its a wonderful chair but for the price one can easily get 2 not much inferior items from a competition.

One the one hand, it doesn't seem like it's worth the price.

I mean, you can get similar chairs at a local office supply store for less than one-forth the price.

Oh, no headrest - had to get it as a 3rd party add-on.
