The herman miller video was educational i was never aware of the recommended position for sitting and working

Minor cosmetic defect with a chip on the back of the chair but doesnt effect the usability at all

So i took it apart and compared it to pics i could find on the web that are herman millers

You will need a 5 mm allen wrench not provided to screw in the four bolts that attach the chair back to the chair 316 will also work so its basically no assembly

The lumbar support piece is adjustable depending on your comfort level it can also be removed if you do not like
