The fact that it came blemished i bought a new one for 969 made me realize how foolish it is for someone like myself elderly who may not be able to manage a gt50 item or gt5x5box should not be purchasing such large items on the internet

Though the seller is willing to replace it managing the return is impossible same would be true of anything under warranty

The chair did not come fully assembled as advertised but the online help for that from the seller was expedient and good unlike response to the blemish issue

But if you are use to a noramlly padded chair and have a tendency to pass gas at work well your gonna be disappointed

My one small gripe is not with the chair but with amazon on the product page it says that the chair ships fully assembled and mine definitely was not fully assembled out of the box

The diagramheavy instructions were small hard to read with my middleaged eyes and not at all intuitive
