Pros

This is a purpose built ergonomic work chair that will benefit your posture and back health. It offers a lot of control for leaning back, i have mine set where i purposely have to push back to lean. The chair is known for the spine back.

My only real complaint is the adjustment on the arm rest span. They are not flimsy in my opinion. I like the arm adjustments much more than the aeron i had before this.

The embody has what i would call an airframe. Aeron is similar but a mesh. Works best if you have a nice keyboard tray. Also helps me sit in a proper posture.

The chair is pricey, but i expect to have it for many years, and the sting of paying for it has already (mostly) subsided. If you have the money to spend on it, don't hesitate.

Cons

The seat is very comfortable, breathes well, offers great support and is built to last.

The cushion area is a more extreme version of the back-- it's made up of a ton of cells that are around a square inch apiece.

This chair for me--5'10", 210lbs--feels like it was built for my body specifically, with almost no adjustment.

Competitiveness

It is very comfortable when comparing it to cheaper office chairs and even secret lab which i also have.

I work on a steelcase leap v2 chair at my office typically for 6+ hours daily so i am well suited to compare the two.
