The firmness is still there but it beginning breaking in to fit your body and feels like padded seat cushion.

If you're looking at this chair and thinking, "wow, this is super expensive, it must be really comfortable!
As simple as that, totally worth the dollars hm charge for this chair.
For $1400 i was expecting to hear angels singing from the heavens the first time i sat down, that didn't happen.
In the grand scheme of things, i'll likely end up managing to save money ultimately even if the initial expense is quite large.

Really not a huge fan of the armrests though its fairly hard to get each side to be at the same height and while having them horizontally in the center position i find myself accidentally pushing them out to the furthest away position quite frequently

This chair is arguably less comfortable than the aeron and if comfort when sitting for 8 hours a day is all youre looking for youre better off buying an aeron
