Pros

Easy to install with a phillips screwdriver in less than five minutes. Unscrew the old ones, reuse the screws and screw the new ones on.

Much more comfortable than the original rubber armrests. They have slightly softer foam, and the leather is a much more comfortable texture compared to the vinyl. The arms are plush and the material feels very soft, almost too soft.

No problems whatsoever. Came in a box with herman miller logo on it.

They appear to be made of a more durable leather than the original ones. They have an appropriately high-quality feel. Definitely the real deal and at an unbeatable price.

Leather armrests are top quality and very comfortable. I'm not sure why some other reviewers felt their arm rests were cheap knock-offs. These arm pads are for the classic aeron. Great replacement armpads for the miller chair.

Cons

The leather feels cheap, thin and almost fake. The padding is also thinner and harder than the synthetic one so this is also a downgrade on the comfort side. Original aeron leather surface is much more fine.
