Pros & Cons
Pros
The mesh is almost like a hammock, i find that putting the tilt on the second setting out of the 3 tilt locks offers the best all-around option for me. The adjustments on this chair are very easy to use, which is a big improvement over the aeron. I wi... Read More
The mirra adjusts to you since the seat and the back are flexible. It comes with tilt/recline, a knob to adjust tension, and arms are movable in all directions.
Is uber comfortable and i have fallen asleep many times in it. The breathable weave, soft but supportive body-forming feel, and adjustment flexibility make this chair an all-day comfort experience (i opted for the graphite).
The mirra is a great chair. And it looks cool. And good looking too. The chair is wonderful. It is all i hoped it would be.
Cons
The seat is very uncomfortable.
At 6'5 210lbs it just sags in the middle, and my hips are close enough to the edge that i get really bad pressure points on side of my hips and legs. The seat pan on this chair has hard edges and it is similiar to its sister chair the aeron.
There is a plastic seam on the edge of the seat that scratches your legs when you turn. I began limping during my walks because of pain in my right thigh and knee.
Highlights
Quality
The style is good - a clean take on a functional product.

Anyway, i couldn't work on the line any longer with the pain.
After a week with the aeron and a week with the mirra, i voted for mirra - a shock to me and the people around me.
Price
Now, having experienced it, i definitely think it's worth the cost.
Well worth the price and amazon letting you pay in installments makes the price easier to pay.
The right chair is worth the cost.
I was not concerned about price, just comfort.
Competitiveness
It has been through 5 moves with me packing it (probably rather poorly) in a u-haul, and it still looks like it is new.
You slide the back of the chair on and then use a 13mm socket to put in 2 bolts.
)however, bear in mind that if the chair does not come with assembly (depending on who you purchase it from) you will also need... Read More

You need it only to attach the chair back to the chair base with two bolts which we temporarily used a regular wrench for but after spending around 800 for a chair we did not want to mess around with assembling it incorrectly

However ive talked to some people who found its rigidity uncomfortable so i would try sitting in this before buying it as the back seems to be a love it or hate it issue
