After over 10 years of frequent home office use, one of my aeron's hip pivot bolt bushings cracked and disintegrated.
Price
I thought i was going to have to throw away a perfectly good $700 chair.

They arrived relatively fast via usps and were exact replacements.
They came in about a week or so.
They took about a week to arrive, but were easy to install, and it was nice to get my aeron back in working order.

I had a seat crack and the threads were glued to the hip pivot bolt screws from the original seat so i needed a set of these

I bought my chair used and initially i wasnt very happy with it because it was loud and the seat was kind of stiff but i traced these issues to some very worn out bearings on the sides of the seat bottom and replacing them with these bearings fixed both issues

Fair warning the original bearings are installed with cclamps which can be difficult to remove
