Pros
Soft, supple black leather that fits perfectly. Much more comfortable than the original rubber armrests. Great upgrade to the aeron chair.
The real deal and at an unbeatable price. These are finer quality than the originals. I believe i will get years of wear from them and think they are worth every penny.
Inexpensive and easy to install. Perfect replacement for official oem part. Easy to install and a solid, good quality product. No screwdrivers required.
Cons
The leather feels cheap, thin and almost fake. The padding is also thinner and harder than the synthetic one so this is also a downgrade on the comfort side. Original aeron leather surface is much more fine.

Price
While the price is a bit high, these leather armrests are definitely worth the investment.
Packaging/appearance
These armrests arrived in herman miller packaging and installed in minutes.
Ours arrived in a plastic bag, no herman miller markings or packaging.
Unscrew the old ones, reuse the screws and screw the new ones on.
Competitiveness
They were well-packed and installed quickly and seem fine.
If they last half as long as our initial arm rests, it'll be well worth the price!

I needed some different aeron arm rests after my cats chewed away my plastic ones whilst i was i was a little worried purchasing this product as others had questioned the authenticity and one buyer had only received a single arm rest
