Pros
The vinyl is matte finish with slightly pebbled texture to resemble leather. The material seems thick and durable.
These arm pads are perfect. Owning a herman miller chair is an investment, so being able to replace the arm rests instead of the entire chair was very cost effective.
Cons
I have no idea if these armrests are generics. Vinyl leaches chemicals that are absorbed by your body. Buyer beware not ome.

Product arrived quickly and was as expected.
My pads arrived in three days without expedited shipping and now my chair is like new.
Competitiveness
Obviously, these are not the same quality as the more expensive leather replacements, but they are certainly well manufacturered.
Vinyl is a nice alternative to the $$$ leather ones.
