For about 5 bucks, can't really beat it. Worked like a charm. If you want a crazy cheap way to pierce your ears this is the perfect option.

It hurt like hell switching it 4 days after i pierced it
My ears are sensitive and ir caused them to get swollen months after i pierced them.
It gets stuck half way in because of the clear protective pieces that are around the pin of the stud but it gets the job done.
Price
It isn’t expensive so you get what you pay for.
But for about 5 bucks, can't really beat it.
