Pros

Great quality. Great backpack, sleek and great color. The detailing is great and well made. Easy to clean. The color is as pictured.

Backpack is durable, stylish, and holds so many items. Feels sturdy and has comfortable shoulder straps.

Cons

The stitching is very poor. Pieces steadily keep coming unstitched or breaking. And all of a sudden it snaps. It's far inferior to so many well-crafted, well-design backpacks.

There are no pockets inside besides the laptop pocket. It is bulky and not at all convenient. It has the padded laptop sleeve, but easily gets bent into the body.

There is no lifetime guarantee on this bag. Totally different emblem of herschel on the front and the straps are plastic buckles not what it shows on the pictures.
