Pros & Cons
Pros
The best form of zinc for my needs. Last for ages due to only needing 1 a day. No complaints. Great value for a 6-month supply.
It's a medium-sized round tablet, which i find very easy to * with water. I'd prefer them to be in capsule form, as i find them easier to * than tablets.

Twinned with copper. Provides 25mg elemental plus. Contains two forms of zinc, as well as added copper to minimise any deficiency ad a result of supplementing the zinc. I don't need to worry about creating a copper imbalance.
Cons
No improvement to my nails, or hair. Quite opposite. No difference to my ‘output ‘.
Highlights
Quality
The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any unpleasant aftertaste, which can be an issue with some supplements.
A high quality zinc complex that is made to be delivered and absorbed better by the body.
Zinc is not so readily absorbed as some minerals and vitamins, plus it is not stored in the body.
I intend swapping to this brand in future from the one i'd previously been buying, as that one isn't chelated nor has copper.
Price
Pretty good value for money at around a tenner!
At £14 for 180 tablets it works out to 7p per tablet, which really is an insignificant and unbeatable price.
A pretty reasonable price for a 6-month supply.
Great price for for onebbest forms if not the best form of zinc.
