Pros
The arm rest are adjustable. I did need to raise them a bit to where my keyboard was positioned.
Cons
The chair started sinking within a week, i'm 6 ft 190 lbs.

So far i love the chair ( right out of the box).
I will take a few pain pills and check it out again tomorrow but by far 5+ stars.
I have the chair on it's highest position and i still am unable to reach the top of the desk comfortably.
This chair lost a star due to the material it's made from.

Oh my gosh was i surprised at how good it felt the normal pain i would have at the end of the day was no where near as bad

The head rest lowered all the way down supported my neck and head
