Pros
It is adjustable and provides relief as designed. The headrest is removable if you do not want/like it. At 6'1 i am able to sit comfortable upright in the chair with the headrest attached.
The lumbar support and seat seem well designed. The one negative is that the cushion is a little too stiff. If you ever feel like you slouch when you sit or your back hurts, i think you will find this makes a big difference.
The seat is very comfy, although back takes a bit to break in. It is comfortable and looks lke it will last. As crazy as it sounds it is more comfortable than her $1000 dollar big name recliner!
Cons
This is a piece of junk. The same people make but with cheaper materials or parts that did not pass inspection and sell direct cheaper. Do not buy from this seller.
The seat cushion is very thin and not nearly enough padding. The head rest is to short for anyone taller than 5ft 5inch. The bracket that holds it on is very weak and not supported by any physical holes in chair back and only extends about 1 inch (no ... Read More

Quality
The seat did require a bit of breaking in, but after a few days i'm very happy with the comfort and ergonomics.
The are solid and seem durable even under the weight of my rather ample staff.
In the first year or year and a half, the plastic broke on the headrest broke, goodbye headrest.
The chair itself broke off the metal mount below.
Price
This chair is not the rolls royce of computer desk chairs, but i was not going to spend $1,000 on a chair!
Finally, a chair that feels like it costs a million bucks but doesn't break my bank account!
It is a nice chair for the money.
Most of them are over $500, but this one is just right with the price and everything we're looking for.

I did not want a breathable seat out of concern something in my back pocket would snag the seat and i did not like the mesh covered foam seat in my previous chair as it got a bunch of crumbs and dust caught in it that i could not get out with even a shop vac

The chair came via ups and though the box looked a bit banged up from the shipping process the parts all arrived intact

There were a couple of places when another part in the box must have pressed up on the leather seat and made a small crease the leather was not broken but just a bit discolored

The stickers made it clear it was made in china from chinese parts so do not get your hopes up for genuine italian leather but for this price you really should not expect that either
