High quality products supports my system. I like that this is very affordable, good quality b-complex. That’s great for a 68 yr old retired lady.

Better taste and odor - easier to * and my energy levels are great. They are real similar to when you burp after taking fish oil.

I was advised by my physician to take a b-complex supplement. They include the b's in a veggie capsule with no additives. From and energy perspective, it works well.

Cons

Never noticed until today the discolored capsules. Grossed me out, some capsules are even half empty!
