Quality
This brand is expensive but the quality is by far better than cheaper supplements.
I'd been taking another brand of biotin and thought i'd try this brand as i've found the quality good on other supplements in this brand.
I’m so excited by the more than 6 inches of growth and filling in of bald spots in just the past 3 months!
Update: very pleased with their customer service, they are going above anything i expected to make this right!

I have to use something thin and long to stick into the bottle to pop them apart

Im hoping this is just an issue of maybe one of the pills breaking and not all bottles will have this issue
