Pros & Cons
Pros
This dimpled spatula spreads the rice evenly and precisely over the nori. Easy to clean by hand or dishwasher.
The best tool for cooking rice in any machine/nonstick pot. Easy to chop up hamburger meat with this as it cooks.
Highlights
Quality
Feels well done and the texture on the paddle seems to make it easier to handle rice.
I like the size and sturdiness of this rice paddle.
Sticky japanese rice sticks to itself and not on the spatula for easy transportation from rice cooker to plate
Before i bought this spatula, i used to struggle with fluffing the rice right with a fork and getting every bit of rice out of the pot.
Price
This paddle is inexpensive and it works so much better that we bought a couple for the kids.
The price seems a little high, but it fits in the holder of my rice cooker.
Shipping
Received very quickly and was exactly what i needed for scooping out rice.
