I also chose this one over the other options since the open mouth is useful he wont have to look where the opening hole is to throw away his trash the spring isnt sensitive to snap close by accident

Unfortunately life of this trash can is 2 years after that it will leak n manufacturer provide poor customer service if u contact them

Like it for my car the only thing is that the opening dont stay open at 100 so some time its hard to put trash in it
