This cable fit the bill, seems well made and worked great for when we needed.

In short, this cable works fine for 4k content which is not copy-protected.

At this time i don't know if it's an issue with the build quality of the cable or if hdcp 2.

You get what you pay for i suppose.

2 is not in the mix, it negotiated a solid 1080p signal with hdr and dolby true hd.
