I shouldve caught the somewhat confusing description which puts mens gloves and womens mittens in the same buying window so i wont dock any stars since my disappointment with the size was partly due to my haste in ordering incorrectly

I think the point of mittens are they allow your fingers to touch and therefore they stay warmer
