To get an idea of its real world full capacity i let a standard ipad run down until it switched itself off then plugged it in to the fully charged power bank

The power bank was able to charge it up to 45 which took around 2 hours before it no longer showed charging

These would only take her samsung s5 from 10 to 50 and be exhausted

So this product is not to support hours of use it is good to give you phone a full charge and possibly more in an emergency
