Curling irons, flat iron and blow dryer are easily accessible. Hot tools have a place to safely heat up and cool. Comes with the hardware and instructions needed to mount well.

I like that it comes with the stainless steel cups so i can put the hair brushes in there.
My first thought was to mount it with the four strips of double-sided tape that come with the shelf.

Installation went okay the drill bit size they recommended for the anchor was too big so its not as secure as it could be

This shelf is made of a very hard plastic with two large holes one small hole and one slot to hold a tool similar to a hot hair iron

However when i reached a point of mounting it i changed my mind about how to use it as i needed to get other things off my worktable before the two hot items

However after placing the shelf where i wanted it i kept having to push up on the back to reattach the shelf when i saw the tape pulling away from the chest

Fortunately the place i positioned the shelf lined up the screw holes with the back edge of the top of the chest
