I did not think the hinged lid through when i selected this item because i failed to account for the size and shape of my products sticking over the top of the bin

Feels like a heavy white acrylic that even though feels light and sturdy could also break or crack if dropped on a another hard surface

I just end up putting the cardboard tampon boxes under the sink or in a cabinet and they’re just hard to keep track of and spill out of the box a lot too
