Mine is flawless. It is important to go over all of the hoses and fittings to make sure they are tightened. Packaging is secure. And delivery is on time.

Works great been using it off/ on for last two months works well, got it hook up to 20lbs bottle and pump in 50 gal drum!
I love this it gets the water nice and hot it’s easy to use and the battery life is amazing.
Connects are water tight and somehow they engineered the condensation problem out of the heating process.
The hose disconnects blue collars needs more positive seating on hose connectors, not difficult to seat properly.

I also refill my small propane tanks, to save money and not waste.
