Pros

Bat handle on switch is easy to use with a pointer stick/stylus or by fingertip. These switches seem to be high quality. Bought these for building guitar pedals, on my second batch now.

Easy to solder leads to, easy to insert into the panel. Comes with hardware to mount in panel. The tab on the locator washer is a little flat, but i bent it up with plyers and it stays in place.
