After swapping these in my home-made fridge for my truck is working great. Both work great and there is only a slight difference in temp readings between them.
The relay is apparently rated for 10a, but will be more reliable if used at much lower current. One controller operates one peltier plate and both large heat sink fans for optimal operation.

Competitiveness
While each peltier setup uses less than 7 amps and these controllers are rated 10 amps, i did not want to push things.
I bought a couple of these from ebay and the seller did not specify that there are several versions, all with the same model number.

The red wire is 12 volt in for the thermostat and black is the ground

When the thermostat calls for cooling it puts the 12 volt out on the yellow wire and the black wire is the ground
