Pros
It was delivered the next day and fits nicely into my project. It has a smooth action, knob is a nice form and ergonomic. It works great.
Cons
Most of the change occurs within the first few degrees of motion from center. The actual resolution when using in conjunction with an arduino board is probably less than 50 points.

The plastic knob is very sensitive to heat

The heat from a heat shrink blower caused the thin edges of the knob to melt even though it was several inches away

I had to cut off the thin mishapened edge of the knob to get it to work but eventually i replaced the entire switch
