Pros
Only 12v (truly) waterproof motion sensor in the a world. Works great on my halloween props. Timing, lux, and distance is awesome.
This is a good prewired color coded sensor. No issues with wiring. Wiring diagram above.

Be sure you pay attention to the fact that these pir sensors are 12v dc

They are not meant to be used with 12v ac circuits such as what you might find with typical 12v ac landscape lighting
