Packaging/appearance

I don't believe we have ever received a bag of this dog food that was not fresh and in good condition.

But, my most recent order came with a cut along one side of bag with food leaking inside the cardboard box it was packed in.

Competitiveness

This is the only brand l buy for my dogs.

I researched, and found nomnom had better ratings - so i tried that instead.

I switched to blue buffalo small breed food but decided to switch back to hill's thinking it's a better food for her.
