Pros

This is a sturdy plate holder which is sized appropriately for 8 and 9 plates. The price is also unbeatable. Live long and prosper. Happy with product.

The springs hold firmly and securely. It also has a wall hook and nail you can use to hang it to make it super sturdy.

Cons

This item is useless for a standard size plate. The springs are so tight that you can't stretch it without completely deforming.

That said, there are multiple moving parts to align before tensioning the four springs proportionally.

I would not recommend these hooks for any plates above 9".
