Of us feel a positive difference in the alertness and mind clarity but can't continue with the side effects. My complaint is i cannot seem to get it replaced when it arrived damaged. Do not buy.

Yes i open the capsule up onto paper and funnel it into my mouth that way and then the next day take the rest of the half capsule
